Long preservation of the truffle

How to prepare it for a long preservation

It is possible to freeze the truffle for few mounths, especially the black one.
We suggest you to defrost the truffle 10 minutes before use and to leave it into warm water so it will get its natural condition. You might also melt some butter, pour it into ice molds, add some truffle slices or minced and then in the freezer. You will get a nice butter with truffle aroma which will be preserved for few months it is not advisable any other preservation method!
